Very good and prompt service to the UK. I had previously been hesitant to order from Europe, but was pleasantly surprised by the service and how quickly the order arrived. No issues, no drama's.....perfection!

I've used trade inn several times over a number of years and every time they've been good. I live in the UK so delivery takes a bit longer. There was a slight delivery issue this time as the tracking wouldn't work once the item was in the UK. It was a day late. I'm still happy as the price of my tennis racket was superb. I do notice that many reviews mention the returns system is terrible. I just want to say I've never had to return anything, so this hasn't been an issue for me.

The purchase of a new Padel racket was very easy and was delivered from Spain in some 5 days to my doorstep in The Netherlands. Rate difference was at least € 100,- on the same racket. It was the model from 1 year ago but that was mentionnd in the details. Very happy in this case!
⭐⭐⭐⭐ 在26-09-2026, 在经历了一场 26-08-2026

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 在10-09-2026, 在经历了一场 31-08-2026
Bullpadel racket ordered and delivered within 5 days, which was fine given that it was coming from mainland Europe. Well-packaged and clearly labelled as delicate, this was a quality product at a serious discount to that from other established UK based retailers, even allowing for the costs of shipping. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery, good price. I ordered a Padel rackets, and everything went smoothly. If iI have to point on something, that could have been better is that I wished the package was done a way, that protected the racket better, maybe that it was wrapped with something. It was basically in a box without much protection.
Well packaged item from Spain to the UK and delivery time really good considering distance! Lovely item.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 在04-09-2026, 在经历了一场 25-08-2026
Seamless end to end. 5*. Slightly longer postage time, but delivery is obviously coming from Europe, so to be expected.
Mijn schoen is vrij snel geleverd en hij ziet er top uit!!
Sent to Poland without any problems and on time. Thanks!
